broken tv damp smell
the room was fine, but the tv didn't work, and i reported it. the staff said they would fix it. when i came back, the tv still didn't work. also, there was a gross damp smell near the sink that they did not addressed. it isn't worth the money.

The hotel is immaculately maintained. Informal and formal restaurants offer really good meals. The breakfast buffet included a lovely diversity of items. The location is within walking distance to shopping and Temple Bar.
The air conditioning unit cut out after 60 minutes of operation during the night.

Staff were polite and helpful. A lady called Pratima organized everything for a confirmation lunch. The team ensured drinks were always topped up and food was delicious. Room service quickly sorted out requests.

central location helpful staff spacious room
the hotel is centrally located, near many pubs and restaurants. the staff was very friendly and helpful (especially david!). my room was spacious and very comfortable.
the air conditioning was not working as expected. the temperature fluctuated, and there were no windows for ventilation, this made sleeping difficult.

clean room polite staff easy walking
the room was clean it had everything i needed. every staff member was polite and helpful. the hotel is near a main street it makes walking easy.

central hub egg order indoor pool limited space card only underground car park
the location was fantastic. it was only one or two streets from the central hub. the breakfast had eggs made to order and a huge selection of items. the indoor pool and sauna room were amazing.
i rang the hotel to see had it parking and they stated they did. upon arrival into the underground car park, there were no spaces. i then went to pay for the room in cash at check-in, but i was told card only.

sofa area large bed modern bathroom broken door faulty elevator loud parties
the room was beautiful. it came with a sofa area and a large bed. the modern bathroom also had everything i needed.
the revolving door at the entrance was broken the entire time. one of the elevators wasn't working for a day. i could hear christmas parties until 2 am from my room (it was quite annoying).

king bed coffee maker rain shower
the location is CENTRAL near the temple bar area. I found it was within walking distance to almost everything including public transportation options. the staff seemed very caring and always available. my room was comfortable. it featured a king bed, coffee maker, hair dryer and iron.
the room NEEDED a dresser with drawers for clothes.
